All purchases of AI work model credits and paid services are non-refundable once the credits have been used or the services accessed.
We do offer refunds under the following conditions:

- A user accidentally purchases multiple packages in a short period
- A user is unable to access the service due to a verified technical issue on our end
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
