Refund Policy

1. Digital Products and Credits

All purchases of AI work model credits and paid services are non-refundable once the credits have been used or the services accessed.

We do offer refunds under the following conditions:

• A user is charged in error
• A user accidentally purchases multiple packages in a short period
• A user is unable to access the service due to a verified technical issue on our end

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Submit a refund request within 7 days of the transaction
• Provide your transaction ID and a brief description of the issue
• Ensure the credits or services in question have not been used

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please submit a support form request at ai-wk.com or contact our support team at support@ai-wk.com with the following information:

• Your full name
• Registered email address
• Date and time of purchase
• Transaction ID
• Reason for refund request

We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 3-5 business days.

4. Final Notes

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Alpharithm Investments Limited, and approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
